“We were a bit disappointed about this room, the washroom was awkward and tight, the room smelled of smoke and was equally tight. For the price we have stayed in far better. Location was good.”

• Price, location, the room was worn but clean.
• Didn't like the door lock, neighbors were noisy but stopped early in the evening.

“The price was perfect and the room was safe and comfortable. There were no bedspreads on the beds, just sheets over and under comforters. The heat was hard to control. However, we didn't want the Ritz, we wanted to be safe and comfortable. The young lady desk clerk was lovely.”

• Torn carpet, mold on bathroom shower curtain, broken lamp.

“Nice exterior appearance. Great location. Comfortable size rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is dated and tired. Needs repairs and freshening.”

• Hot coffee in the morning.
• Had to request clean sheets for bed.

“This property is in obvious decline. Bed made up with DIRTY SHEETS. Had to request clean sheets. No glasses or soap in room. Luckily, I had some in my shaving kit. Rooms outdated and in need of re-furnishing. Wouldn't stay in this property again. ”
