• What's there to tell. You charged me for a room I did not stay at. You kept me on hold until it was too late to cancel.
• You figure it out.

• Location, affordability.
• Tired, noisy, need of major renovation.

“It serviced our needs fine with no major problems. Nothing surprising for what was expected from a lower end accommodation. Clean, not immaculate, old and tired but not rundown. Continental breakfast poor. Staff very nice. Location great, price very affordable.”

• Nothing... it was very dirty and unsafe.. disgusting and a waste on money.
• Clothes from last renters were still left in room dirty used q-tips found in room had to file incident report -daughter injured leg on metal rods.

“Dirtiest place ever stayed at in my 38 years of travel... very unsafe hotel and management did nothing to fix situation... they haven't even returned my 5 phone calls I've left for the owner MR. Patel very unprofessional. traveled with 5 other families and they all left Friday night with the loss of paying for one nights stay. I'm not a wealthy person and couldn't afford losing a nights fee or the time to try to find another hotel in the area at 7:30 in the evening very disgusted with the hotel. Trip was very unpleasant.”
