  • A.C. worked well.
  • Bathroom is old and tiny.

“I will not stay here again. Front of hotel looks fairly new and nice. Hallways to rooms is old and dark, rooms were definitely economy. Bathroom is tiny and shabby.”

  • I would never go back to this hotel again.
  • As I stated, the rooms were dirty and the bed linen was old and dirty.

“I was in Mass. The week before and I stayed at the Comfort Inn in Ludlow, that was nice. The rooms in this hotel had a old, moldy smell, the need to replace all of the sheets and blankets. I stayed in two rooms and they were both the same way, so it was not like an error.”

  • Fine hotel for our purpose- college graduation but there is not much to see in the Chicopee area.
  • Room could have been larger.

“Very cooperative staff.”

  • Close to Starbucks and the Interstate.
  • It was not clean.

“The hotel was under renovations. The hotel was not clean. There was blood on the toilet from the previous person's use.”

Cleanliness:[3] • Staff:[6] • Location:[1]

  • The room was acceptable.
  • The hotel was under renovation clutter and dirt everywhere worker eating up the continental breakfast food.

“I would not recommend this hotel at all. It was next to the turnpike and trucks ran all night. It was my most disappointing stay in a motel I can remember. If you have a way to let people know the conditions you should let them know.”

  • Quiet, close to much area needs good service.
  • That you needed to pay to get phone turned on to make a local call.

“My friend and I need time to get away and to also be close to his family in Chicopee. Most of the people that worked there were extremely pleasant and my only major complaint would be that you had to pay a fee upfront to be allowed to use the phone for local calls to my friends family. So we used cell phones instead. Feeling this was not right even though returnable at the end of our stay. Our budget was limited as it was and adding the extra would have meant having to not have a meal or a full tank of gas for ride home. There must be a better way to have customers not make long distance calls rather than charging those only making the local calls.”

  • Nothing.
  • I have had rooms in other hotels with closets larger than the room I had.

“Don't know why I keep responding to these surveys as I believe that if you even read them at all it is for your amusement and not to improve your service. Is getting to the point where you are barely competitive when compared to the "traveler discount guide" magazine? For the hassle of having to log on to the internet it is getting to be a waste of time to use your service. When you contract with the hotel's you should ask for minimum room standards and not the poorest rooms the facility has. You should have to stay in this room sometimes "unannounced" and see what it is really like to stay in them using your service. Without some sort of response to this e-mail doesn¿t bother to send another survey should I ever decide to use your service again?”

  • There were some assorted paperbacks available. There was a washer and dryer.
  • Nothing.

“The staff was all friendly and competent. There is an excellent continental breakfast, quite ample. I like the thought that I could do my laundry there. I loved the fact that they had an assortment of paperbacks available to read. It is conveniently located to main highways.”

  • Breakfast was pretty good.
  • Location: Thought the trucks were coming through the room.

“Very disappointed. The location was not very good. Moved us to a different room after the first night. The heat did not work in the second room. Someone was supposed to fix it but they never showed up. We had to fix the TV cause no one showed up to take c”

  • Rooms were nice, clean, big and comfortable.
  • Told front desk clerk to charge my account when I checked in, it was not done until I checked out, which caused problems in my checking account.

“The stay at the motel was alright nothing to write home about. my concern was that motel has a restaurant/lounge attached to the motel which has it's advantages and disadvantages. the patrons from the lounge are allowed to roam freely around the hotel which I feel is not safe. the lounge itself was not very impressive there were empty glasses and bottles all over the place and there where only maybe 30-35 people in the place including the bar tenders & e.g.. not very clean everything was sticky I just felt uncomfortable there, was not clean!!!!!!”
