• Very safe and convenient location to a lot of shopping and restaurant.
• Air conditioner wasn't cool enough for my girlfriend.

“Hotel was very good for the price. The room was clean and was able to rest good. The area has a lot of shopping and restaurants. 2 minor problems: 1) The toilet worked fine but had a small leak, so we put used towels in the floor to absorb the drip. 2) The room temperature was fine to me but girlfriend wanted the room colder, but A/C would not stay on. This could be a problem for a hot natured person.”

• The price was right.
• Bed not too comfortable, but for the price we didn't expect it to be a pillow top mattress.

• It was really easy to get to, right off the highway.
• Dingy rooms and miscommunication

“Pay the extra $10 for the econo-loge right next door. Microtel was way overpriced for what it was. They had vending machines and ice machines, but they didn't work, and they haven't worked for a while. I will never deal with this hotel again, and will warn people not to. After taxes and fees $50+/night was an extreme rip off. Try $29.99 and a clean toilet and my mind might be changed. Plus we were waiting on a phone call from a friend overseas and the staff wouldn't put him through to our room because it was after midnight. When I told him the next day that the call was important and to put him through next time no matter what time it was he said no, because he didn't do that and that our friend should call before midnight. I finally convinced him to. Not recommended at all.”

• It had a fridge in microwave in room that came in handy with small kids.
• We found a dirty towel under the bed it was crusty if you know what I mean.

“The hotel was ok for the money. It wasn't the best but it wasn't the worst either. The only thing I really had a problem with was finding the dirty towel under the bed...I can just imagine what it was used for.”
