• The room was cool when I arrived.
• The staff did not seem to care if my needs were met.

“Upon arrival, I handed the clerk my Internet receipt that stated my room was supposed to be non-smoking. I was given a smoking room. When I mentioned it later, a different clerk said, Well, they're supposed to ask you if you wanted a non-smoking room. That is usually the smoking rooms, because few people actually want those.”

• Only 2 tables to sit at for the breakfast area.

• Very accommodating staff. Friendly. Helped us out when we needed to print out a map of the South park Half Marathon for my daughter who was running.
• Lobby area was too hot. The breakfast area was quite uncomfortable.

“Enjoyed our visit and would return on a future short term trip. Breakfast was very nice.”

• I was able to book a room with only one full bed which I prefer when traveling alone or with my spouse.
• The coffee was no good.

“The room was clean and well appointed. The bed linens were yummy, soft and warm. The heat in my room didn't work, though I only needed a bit of heat at night, so the warn bed linens came in
