• Good location, friendly staff, very clean and well accommodated.

“The hotel was great. There was a big problem though. We could hear the party next door to us talking until 4 am. My husband had to go next door and ask them to please stop talking. They were not talking loudly, but their bed was against the wall where our bed was and I guess the wall was not well insulated. Another problem which was not the hotel's was that there were many teenagers there who were running up and down the halls, slamming doors until around 2 am. If we were to use this hotel again, I would ask if any school groups, or wedding parties were staying there before I would stay again.”

• Location to the venues for the evening couldn't be better.
• I was expecting more from a 3 star.

“I've stayed at nicer Holiday Inn's but the location couldn't be beat for the price. So all in all I'm content. If I had paid full price I would have been disappointed about the $15.00 parking fee in the empty garage. Plus it looked like others were parking next door for free at the risk of being towed. The building is a bit dated, but it appears there have been some recent renovations indoors.”

• Room was ok.
• Parking fee is ridiculous.

“The hotel lobby was nice when we entered. They informed us that parking was and extra 15 per night. The first thing we noticed is we requested a non smoking room which they gave us, but it was on the smoking floor, which was disgusting and smelled awful. There were stains on the carpets and walls. The restaurant in the hotel was extremely overpriced for the food that you received. All in all, we will not stay at the Crown Plaza again; it wasn't terrible, it could have been a lot better.

• Most courteous staff, great location, super value.
• Leak in bathroom should have been picked up on by the staff prior to check in.

“Attractive facility and attentive front desk and dining room staff made for a delightful weekend experience. A very comfortable king bed and spacious guest room was highly appreciated for the whirlwind weekend (a Panther football game being the focus). We'd certainly welcome a return trip!”

• The bed linens were exquisite.
• Electrical outlets hard to find.

“The room was beautiful and the linens were cozy. The in-room coffee maker did not have an electrical outlet next to where is was placed so I had to move the coffee maker to the nightstand. Also, there was no outlet at the vanity outside the bathroom. The hotel offered room service, but there was no menu in the room. I had to walk down to the restaurant to get one. It would have also been nice to have snack machines on the floors next to the drink machines. The only snack machines were located by the pool. No one wants to walk through the busy hotel in a robe to get a snack. Overall, the hotel was very nice. These things are just my pet peeves.”

• I did not like having to pay $15 a day for parking and there was no breakfast served.
