• The rooms were very outdated , in need of repair.

• Shower, sink, and tiling all in serious need of repair.

• It looked nice from the outside.
• The room was decent.

“I have small children who were expecting an indoor pool and whirlpool. This motel has nothing of those types of accommodations. The motel was adequate. It is not one I would recommend highly to families like ours.”

• Excellent breakfast!
• Beds are hard. Needs updating!

“I was very pleased with this hotel and the location was great for my needs during this trip. I would recommend they update the rooms or at a minimum, replace the carpeting in the rooms and hallways. The exit doors other than the entrance seemed weak and maybe cheap. ”

• Good breakfast, nice staff.
• Needs a lot of updating, stained carpets, bad paint job.

“If you are not going to spend much time in the hotel it is the place to stay. Just feels dirty with so much updating to do. The carpet in the hall is stained and dirty, the paint in several areas needs touchups. The breakfast is great and the staff is great. The beds are also very comfortable.”

• The hotel is showing age, carpet was not clean furnishings are old.

• Too bad with this nice hotel, it got no pool.

“It is a nice Hotel but it is almost too hidden. You almost don't see it from CR42. But since I use to live in the area so I knew where it is.”

• The staff was helpful and the breakfast was great.
• I'd called and asked for a non smoking room. We were put in a smoking room, which was very hard on my sisters Asthma.

“The lobby was very nice and well kept. Our room, however, was not up to par. The sheets and bathroom were clean, but the room in general needed attention (stained carpets, torn bed skirts, etc.). ”

• Very easy access off of Interstate 35E
• There is no elevator access to the second floor rooms

“The hotel is easy to access, the staff was very pleasant. The staff knows the area well and was able to give detailed instructions on easy ways to get to local attractions. The rooms were very clean and modern. A few of the TV stations were not viewable, but still left enough to watch.”

• The breakfast was excellent and the staff was good.
• Carpets were dirty in hallways, the location is tricky to find (hidden behind trees) needs a larger sign to be seen from main road.

“The hotel in general was great. We felt safe, and our keycards worked the first time!! The breakfast room was crowded, but the food was super. The choices were countless. We felt misled since this location doesn't have a pool. Also, we prefer 2 queen sized beds, but got 2 full sized beds.”
