• Location, staff was friendly, and rooms comfortable.
• The bathrooms need to be updated. No room for curling irons, makeup etc. There was no blow dryer either!

• The beds were very comfortable.

• The hotel was very nice! The staff at the Crowne Plaza gets a A+
• There was a note placed above the AC not to set the control below 70 degrees.(It freezes up) The room was uncomfortable.

“My rating of the hotel deserves an A+. Besides the AC temp. control I would recommend this hotel to anyone.”

• The beds were very comfy and nice rooms.

“Very nice hotel, was a little upset that the pool are was also open to the outside side so it was only 60 degree and we were unable to go swimming. It was very confusing trying to get to our from the parking garage we had to us 2 different elevators. But all in all we would stay there again.”

• The room had a dramatic high ceiling that gave it a cosmopolitan feel.
• We were unpleasantly surprised to find that there was a $16 charge to park our car overnight. That should be noted.

• The room was large and the bed very comfortable!
• I did not like having to pay to use the internet.

“Very friendly staff. Beautiful rooms with comfortable beds. Nice swimming pool and arcade room with free games. Easy access to parking garage. Great for kids of all ages!”

  comfortable bed.
• Forgot coats in closet.

“There was construction so it was a little noisy at first. We forgot our jackets in the closet and I have called 2 times and still yet to hear back from the manager.”

• Great location and clean.
• Lots of interior construction. Tiny bathroom.

“The hotel was great except for the construction, we had to walk around to get to the front desk and to the elevators. The room was very small and the bathroom was even smaller. Had some nice touches such as CD player with sleep noise cds, nice flat screen television and a fridge with snacks for purchase.”

• Indoor pool and free game room was great for the kids.
• Bathroom tile was icky-needed updated.

“Excellent beds and very comfy. The tub/shower however needed some help. The marble tiles had black mildew on them and they were really uneven, like a bad patch job. Overall a great stay.”

• Sleep kit; access to Metro link.
• Carpet is dingy in places.

• The beds were heavenly and there was a free video arcade.
• No refrigerator.

“This is a plush hotel in a suburban area. Parking was free on the weekends, but costs a daily fee weekdays. Unique indoor outdoor pool and free video arcade attached. Older games like Frogger, but it was fun.”

• Fairly close to residential area.
• Ramps, lack of proper handicapped arrangements.

“Very disappointing. Parking arrangements were very poor and inconvenient, bathroom in handicapped room was completely inadequate, room was far from elevators, thermostat didn't work. ramps were hard to ascend. Enough already!”

• Free parking.
• The hotel, in general, stunk and it wasn't the paint.

“We really liked the room, the bed was comfortable. The hotel stunk really bad. From the pedway from the garage into the hotel smelled like a locker room - really strong. As you moved through the hotel the smells changed from paint to candy. it was probably the carpet. I would never go back there.”
