  • The hotel was quiet and offered ability to rest.
  • The sleep number beds did not work and too late for assistance.

  • The price.
  • It was dated. Felt like staying in an old Vegas casino.

“The hotel was a little out of the way but in the general scheme of things, it wasn't too far away from everywhere we needed to be. The hotel seemed older and lacked some amenities a newer one would have but for the price we paid, we weren't too unhappy with the accommodations.”

  • Good value for the price.
  • Room was not well cleaned. Stains on upholstered chair & carpet. Dirt on bathroom fixtures.

“For my price, it was a good deal. It was terribly difficult to find the hotel at night, somewhat due to poor outside lighting. Even with a GPS, it was tough. Cleanliness/maintenance of the room was marginal. Bed was comfortable.”

“Fast check-in. Clean and comfortable room. You can hear highway noise, but nothing that is disturbing. The hotel is well-built, and other guests should not disturb you.”

  • Noisy air-conditioner.

“This was my second stay a this hotel. First time, it was very good. This time I got a room with a very loud air-conditioner. When I switched off the unit, I could hear the same noise from the next room.”

  • Bed request not met - furtherest away from everything.

“The hotel must have been sold out would not consider bed request till day of check in & didn't even check it until we checked in. We had the rooms farthest from everything & the girl that checked us in didn't bother to tell us there was an upper parking lot that would have taken us directly to our rooms!”

  • I liked the beds and the pillows.
  • I left something in the room and no one helped me to retrieve it.

“The hotel was great. I am used to staying in nicer hotels and this one didn't disappoint me. I liked the restaurant. The staff was very friendly. I would definitely stay there again.”

  • Large unclear layout, 6th floor has no signs or maps showing where rooms are.

  • It was very clean and the pool was super nice!
  • The night staff at the desk was not very helpful

“The hotel was overall a very nice hotel, we had some mishaps they first sent us to a room that already had someone in this was at midnight. Then the second room they put us in the airconditioning was broke so we had to move rooms again by the time we got in our final room it was past 1am the night staff was not very good with moving quickly i don;t think they cared very much about the situation. Other than that it was a very nice hotel.”

  • Basic location for Pittsburgh was OK but hard to find at night.

“Clearly a popular place for smallish conventions. The hallway seemed to be lacking air conditioning although the room was fine. It should have a new HD television plus free continental breakfasts. Fitness center had good equipments but the walls needed to be cleaned of cobwebs, dust. The bathroom ventilation also had a large buildup of dust/soot that I cleaned myself.”

  • Breakfast was delicious.
  • Cleanliness was lacking throughout the rooms. Bad housekeeping.

“The housekeeping was a major issue. Our bathroom seemed always dirty including the shower. There was a day when housekeeping never attended our room. The pool gave my family all skin reactions to the high chlorine. There was never enough staff. The bar by the pool never had an employee. An employee didn't show up until 3pm for the bar inside. We did not get a sleep number bed - but a hard, uncomfortable bed where you could feel the springs. This hotel should be rated at 2 or 2.5 stars at best.”

  • It has all the basics.
  • Could use some updating.

“Hotel beginning to show some age & not being kept up as well as it could. Carpet specifically is looking dated/worn. One (of two) elevators to the tower I was in wasn't working. TVs are OK but very dated. Internet service a plus.”
