  • It had great beds and they were very clean!
  • Staff was less than friendly and the halls were drab and with bad carpet.

“I expected a lot more from this hotel, it was in a difficult place to get to and from, and it did not have a nearby dining establishment. The staff was not friendly and a man sat at the front entrance and smoked apparently all night and day, he looked dirty and dies-respectable, and at the main entrance at that. I will not stay here again, nor would I recommend it to anyone.”

  • AC off - 80 degrees in room both nights I came in late; drain broke in tub would not hold water.

  • Waitress delivered eye glasses left at table to our room.
  • Ice machine on our floor was broken & light fixture next to the bed was broken - request help - not fixed.

  • The quickness we were checked in and picked up at the airport.
  • It was very difficult to find, not enough signs.

  • Location was a little hard to find and the alternate entrances to the hotel were not very secure.

  • Helpful front office people.
  • Poor location; very low showerhead.

“Very difficult to find, even with GPS navigation in car; bathroom too small; door poorly positioned; showerhead too low for anyone over 6 feet tall; lighting poor for reading; TV did not pull out to rotate very far. Front desk people very courteous. Hotel not knowledgeable about breakfast service.”

  • Free parking while we were on our trip was wonderful.
  • Hotel just a little hard to find.

“The staff made us feel welcome as soon as we walked through the door. We ate a late supper in the bar/lounge and the food was top notch. The room was clean and spacious and we had everything we needed. We will definitely stay at the Four Points again.”

  • Close to airport since I was arriving at 11:00 p.m.
  • Carpets in room and halls were spotted. Restaurant was sub-par.

“Hotel has a good location near the airport and away from the freeway so that it is quiet. The menus in the restaurant were soiled, the carpet and chairs were spotted, the breakfast was not attractive.”

  • The staff was helpful and friendly the room was clean and comfortable.
  • The only thing wrong was that it was difficult to find blame that on Pittsburgh highway system in the area.

  • It was quiet.
  • Rude and unhelpful staff, dirty rooms, loud music at night.

“The location is poor, good luck finding it. The staff is very unhelpful. I asked 2 different times for pillows only to be told no one knew where they were. There were people smoking pot outside one night. The room next to us played loud music all night and the front desk said they didn't have time to come up.”

  • No GPS address to put into GPS Device!

“The address for the hotel is Pittsburgh! The hotel is located about 3 miles from the Airport and there must be at least 5 towns/townships between the hotel and downtown Pittsburgh!! The woman at the desk informed me that many people have trouble locating the hotel using a GPS device as they keep insisting they were located in Pittsburgh!!! Dick's Sporting Goods HQ which is located about a driver + five wood away doesn't have a Pittsburgh address! When I finally arrived at the hotel the woman at the desk had a good personality that helped come off my edge but my question is, if "many, many" people have trouble locating the hotel then why not find out the correct address so that GPS devices can find their location!!! Marriot does that! Also the woman that was the bartender had a very, very bad cold and would consistently cough and sneeze and not cover her mouth or wash her hands!!”

  • The bed, oh, so comfortable.
  • The location. Hard to find and the little signs to lead to the place were too small to see at night.

“The room was large, comfortable bed, nice view, the staff went out of their way to be helpful, but it was hard to find, even with a GPS, off the beaten track. Overall, we would definitely stay there again.”
