  • It had a very comfortable king-sized bed.
  • Water pressure in bathroom was bad & room cold.

“My room was ice cold upon entering it, and for the length of my stay I had to keep the thermostat set on 80 just to keep warm. The water pressure on the shower was poor, and the tub took a 1/2 hour to fill & the stopper didn't work so the water keep draining out. Most of the food offered at the hotel restaurant was fried or sopping in grease. The feather pillows on the bed were so limp and soft they were non-existent. The only good points for the room was that it was quiet and the bed was comfy.”

  • Bathtub had a rather area where the enamel was missing.

  • The bed was comfortable. OK for overnight airport stay.
  • Poor staff and extra amenities. WiFi went in and out.

“This hotel is OK if you only want a place to sleep before an early morning flight. It is noisy. The walls must be made of tissue paper. I heard every noise in the hallway all night. The carpet in my room was stained. The cups in my room were not clean. I stayed 2 nights and no clean ups. There are not any extras like coffee in the lobby or a continental breakfast. The staff is not welcoming. In fact, when I went to check in, I could not get them to come out of the back room. It is OK, it is just not up to the standard of other hotels at a similar price in the area. There are no luxuries, no refrigerator, no microwave, no coffee for the coffee maker, no coffee in the lobby, no free breakfast (even a bun and coffee would be fine for early travelers), and it feels big an impersonal. We were way down the hallway at the very end far from the elevator, which kept stalling when we were there.”

  • Very comfy; great bed; practical shower; very nice climate control!
  • Flakes of black junk in the sink; unappealing!

“I was very pleased with this hotel, considering the price I paid for it. It was clean, roomy, cool, and comfortable. The bathroom was accommodating and functional. Nothing was out of order or otherwise nonfunctional. The AC unit is rather loud on high fan setting, but it wasn't too bad. Overall excellent experience.”

“The time between requesting service to and from airport was fast . Staff was curtious, facility was clean. Room service was prompt, food was excellent,and fairly priced.”

  • Old, tired property, tricky location, dining options poor.

“The hotel is older with a tired looking face lift. Not appealing. Did not feel special staying there. The staff was pleasant to us all, they were the best part. The location is a bit tricky. The dining was not appealing or family friendly. The hotel was not particularly clean. There must have been a hundred cigarette butts outside the door we used to go in and out of. Windows dirty. There was only one computer to share.”

  • The rooms are nicely decorated and clean. The food was very good.
  • The bathroom only had a shower. I would have liked a tub.

“Overall, the hotel was very pleasant. Great food and close to shopping malls and restaurants. I would have liked being closer to downtown, but I still enjoyed my stay.”

  • Very friendly staff with good shuttle service to airport.
  • Very hard to find, small signs were hard to see.

“We were there on an overnighter to catch a plane the next morning. The staff was very helpful. The shuttle drivers were friendly and prompt. The room was extremely clean and comfortable.”

  • Nice and clean.
  • Toilet got plugged up very easily.

“Overall very nice. Came in later 10:00 pm. Its a bit hard to find. Lucky we had a GPS, because I would have bet we were lost. Have to go through an industrial park to get to it.”

  • Rooms were big and very clean.
  • Location was out of the way with nothing around unless you drive.

“Staff was very nice the rooms clean and big and nicely decorated. No indoor pool hotel is set up strangely easier to use stairs to accesses rooms rather then elevators.”

  • The quality of the hotel.
  • The lounge staff was inattentive and did not seem to care.

“Reasonably priced hotel. Located about 15 minutes from downtown, 20 during peak traffic. Very close to shops and restaurants, if you are a business traveler I would recommend this place. My only complaint is that the lounge staff was inattentive and did not seem to care.”

  • The room stunk and the front desk staff was rude. They were either out of coffee in the morning or cups.

“If the staff had been more helpful it might not have been as bad. It is not convenient to anything.”
