• Everything was clean and presentable. The pool/hot tub was nice and well maintained. The staff was great.
• My family thought the beds were comfortable. I could hardly walk when I got up. I would need a different bed if I stayed again.

“The Hotel and room was clean and maintained. The pool/hot tub was fun for the family and well maintained. The staff was excellent. The breakfast was average but available. Plenty of parking. Close to shops, good restaurants, and Yellowstone. My family thought the beds were comfortable, yet I did not. We would recommend this hotel.

• Location and cleanliness of hotel.

“Hotel staff is really friendly and helpful. We got surprise package at check-in which includes helpful items for traveling. We were really happy with their service. Also, hotel was pet friendly which they did not charge extra fee for my puppy's stay! Location is just right for Yellowstone visitor since it is just a few block from main highway and west entrance to Yellowstone. We will be back to hotel on next visit to Yellowstone!”

“I was told next time to pay in cash and receive an additional 10% off, very unfriendly, I will never use this hotel again and tell friends not to go as well.”

• Clean and comfortable. Not fancy but will meet all basic needs of common travelers.

“Actually it exceeded our expectation. We arrived very late in the evening and the attendant was still waiting for us. Very convenient and inexpensive. Would love to choose such one-night stay in case of late or early flight.”

• The hotel was clean and comfortable and affordable.
• The employees at the hotel were very sloppy looking they needed a uniform.

• Rooms did not have paper thin walls.

“I found this hotel to be extremely comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the town's activities. They were also able to give clear and concise directions to various locations. The pool area was small but it works well if you want a quick dip. The rooms were a nice size and perfect for families.”
