• Nice hotel, I have stayed here before.
• Needs higher quality beds. The smoke from the bar permeates the foyer and your clothes. We did not use the bar.

“They had a nice complimentary breakfast. The staff was friendly. The rooms are normal size.”

• Location convenient to restaurants & shops; nice lobby.
• Noisy music from bar until 2AM; cigarette smoke filters into room.

“I was impressed by the old west look of the hotel lobby, friendly & efficient desk staff, and above average breakfast. Now the minuses, which completely negate these pluses, we were assigned to room, which I discovered too late, was located directly above the bar. Loud music and cigarette smoke filtering into our room (in spite of it supposedly being a non-smoking room) made it impossible to sleep. I tried opening the window, but because this opened directly into the parking lot behind the building, when the loud music finally ceased at 2:00AM, it was followed by the banging of the band's loading their equipment into their trailer, until 3:30 AM. Not only did I not get any sleep, my clothes reeked of cigarette smoke! It would have been pointless to complain, since we were already settled into the room and being a Saturday night, the place was booked.”

• Price, but with taxes added it was not that good.
• The bathroom smelled of urine.

“We did not stay the three nights we had planned to stay. Left after one night.”

• Would like a parking area for checking in.

“I was very impressed with this hotel. It was very comfortable and cozier feeling than most hotels. I will definitely return!”

• The staff was very helpful room was clean and spacious.

“Staff helped to get food delivered to guests when the power went out throughout the city the bar was a nice place to go and play video poker or just sit.”
