• Some staff were very helpful.
• No baby bed as promised, guests locked out of room with staff unwilling to help!

“I called the hotel to ask if they had a baby bed available for us as advertised and was assured they did. When they checked in, I was there to help and they produced their credit card and asked that the changes be made so they could pay and be responsible. There was NO baby bed available - didn't have one. Next morning, they went to breakfast and were locked out of room. The desk clerk refused to let them back in their room where all their things were for the baby. Said the person who originally booked the room had to be present to affirm that they were suppose to be there. This person then refused to even look at the record to see that the change over had been made. They were forced to leave the place without the baby things until I could get there in the evening to ask for them to be let back into the mushrooming was a very bad experience for all of us and left us with an extremely bitter feeling about AmericInn in general. They finally comped the room for the night, but the damage had already been done in our minds.”
