• Very accommodating to my elderly father's physical needs.
• Nothing that didn't like. A nice medium priced restaurant would have been nice.

• The location was good, easy access to highway and DQ nearby.
• Pool temp cool, spoiled fruit on breakfast buffet, Hassled about pets.

“We have spent years traveling and many of those stays at resorts, including the Country Inn Suites in Grand Rapids, MN. The stay did not compare to our prior experiences. The pool temperature was cool and a layer of scum in it was a scream for cleaning. All of the fruit on the buffet was spoiled yet fresh fruit was visible in a back room. Finally, our well trained, non-shedding small two dogs were with us and the manager hassled my husband and charged us extra money for them. None of this was questioned or notified before morning of check out. There was a large family reunion that was an obvious source of income for the hotel and the noise at the pool and from our suite was horrendous. I bet they did not have to pay extra. There are other hotels out there. Our recommendation is that you choose somewhere else.”
