“The Radisson Kalamazoo is in a terrific location for access to down Kazoo. There were several nice bars located in the hotel. Self parking was a bargain and located across the street with access via an overhead bridge. We'll defiantly stay here next time.”

“Nice location, great staff, very comfortable beds, TV was pretty old and bulky which considering the room was surprising, the restaurant was fantastic as well.”

“Well maintained facility with attractive public spaces. Beautiful health club with friendly and helpful employees. Right downtown for business but easy to find for weekend visitors. Parking in covered attached garage, convention facilities in the hotel, stores and restaurants on the main floor. A pleasant surprise all around!”

“We stayed here for two nights with a small child. The staff was efficient and helpful with a very late-night check in, and the hotel's facilities were in excellent condition with recent renovations quite evident. The in-hotel coffee shop and restaurant had reasonable prices and good service, something not always evident with mid-level chains. We've used several hotels in Kalamazoo and the Radisson is hands-down the best.”

“Very friendly help, who mostly seemed to be college kids from Western Michigan University. The athletic club is very nice. They have a great selection of equipment. The Pool is very good for lap swimming, and the waterfall is great. The locker room is very up-scale with private showers and the Sauna actually gets hot.”

“Too bad the king room we stayed in looked nothing like the Radisson! Very disappointing when I walked in the room. Hotel itself was very nice.”

“The hotel met my expectations and was impressed with the pool/spa facilities and hotel restaurant choices. I was a little concerned about room cleanliness as I was checked into a room that was not made up and then the second room I was moved to have remaining items from a previous guest. The hotel was very busy with weddings and the foot traffic in the hallway at 2:00 a.m. Was a little frustrating considering I was on a "sleeper" floor. I'd like to try the hotel again to see if this was just a busy weekend.”

“This hotel worked well for our soccer team. The boys enjoyed the pool. As a traveler I was disappointed to see overflowing refuse containers when you drove up. Most staff friendly and courteous. Expected 24 hour room service at a hotel of this caliber. I would stay again though if we went to Kalamazoo for the price I paid.”

“This hotel is perfect for any type of traveler. My young children and I enjoyed the pool, hot tub and health club. The hotel restaurants were very nice to eat at and even offered by children free meals for dinner and breakfast. Parking in the structure across the street was a little inconvenient, but not too bad. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful in every way.”

“One of the nicest hotels Ive ever stayed at and with the great deal, it was more then affordable. The staff was incredibly nice and my kids literally want to move in there. You wont believe the pool!”

“We need to wait for 30 minutes to check in. We asked for a King bed, but a 2-double was given, so we need to change it. Room smells strange and there is no view at all. We asked for conditioners but they gave us conditioners.”

“The hotel met my expectations and more. For someone who is always traveling to various tournaments, this hotel was a nice change from the 2-star hotels we are used to.”

“The hotel staff was very unprofessional the night we checked-in. They gave me a look when I asked for a second key and also weren't friendly when I asked several questions about our stay. To their defense: it was pouring outside and they were having bad storms all day.”

“I stopped in Kalamazoo with my wife and six year-old for one night. We all loved the Radisson in downtown K-zoo. The room was clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable, the shower was great. The pool, hot tub, and athletic club were excellent. The location is great with several restaurants and things to do within walking distance. The Radisson staff was friendly and helpful. I can't think of anything to complain about. It was a great stay.”

“We received a rock-bottom, last-minute rate at the Radisson Plaza, Kalamazoo. Regardless, we were treated with all the respect and top quality service afforded guests who probably paid much more. All our room-related requests were perfectly fulfilled and we received a room with a splendid view without even asking. The Kalamazoo Radisson Plaza is modern-looking on the outside; clean, traditional and tastefully decorated on the inside. We'll never stay anywhere else when visiting Kalamazoo. And my wife--a frequent business traveler--is planning to switch her lodging allegiance from Marriott to Radisson wherever possible.”
