• Room smelt funky, moldy. Bathroom moldy etc.

“The clerks were friendly but the hotel room was nasty. It smelt really funky, beds itchy, bathroom tub not cleaned. Would not stay here again or recommend anyone to stay here.”

• Customer service with my request and the ants in the bathroom.

“We were allowed to check in earlier than the check in time but I asked for a room that would be quiet at bedtime for my kids and I was assigned a room next to the outdoor pool. There were ants in the bathroom and when I mentioned it to the hotel staff at check out time they noted it but did not offer me any compensation for the inconvenience. I thought that was poor customer service on their part.”

• The expired dates on the breakfast items; not cleaning the rooms until 3 p.m.

“Cost was fair, but not the place for a family due to awful smell and poor air condition.”

• Small bathroom, too few electrical outlets and outlet in bathroom did not work.

“The location was surrounded by construction and not very convienient to restaurants, etc. The free internet was sporadic, the bathroom area cramped, and their were no spare electrical outlets for charging laptop/ cell phone, etc. I will do my best to avoid this location in the future.”

• The desk clerk quickly offered to upgrade our room when the first room given was not at all acceptable.
• The room was dark and musty.

“For a hotel rated as 3 stars, this was not remotely close. It was older which, by itself, is not a problem. The cleanliness was questionable as evidenced by the mildew in the bathtub and on the wall in the actual bedroom area. The bedspreads also had stains on them.”

• We got what we needed when we needed it. helpful.

“The place is nice, the pool is nice. The staff was pleasant and helpful. We felt safe and secure there. The room was one of the smallest I have ever gotten. All around: an ok place to stay.”

• The friendliness of the staff and the fact that they could speak English.
• The rooms were a little crowded.

“The brief time that we spent at the hotel was pleasant. Since we were on the back side of the hotel, it was also quiet.”
