• Spacious and clean rooms.
• Staff is bored and not willing to call a cab; windows are everything else but noise canceling (noise from traffic is tremendous).

“Nice clean and spacious rooms. Staff seems to be bored and is not willing to call a cab if asked for this service. The windows do not cancel the noise from the tremendous traffic of street.”

“This is the first hotel in my 76 years that charged me for even though my wife and I did'nt stay there. We were traveling from CA. to Raleigh, NC and were promised a first floor suite because oof my wife's illness. When we arrived the room was not available. I said we were going to move on to another hotel. We drove another 70 miles to Bulington, NC where we got the kind of room we needed. A week later ai saw my credit card had been charged for a room we never used. The hotel clerk never told this and when I called to contest it, I was treated very rudely. We had stayed at several Holiday inn expresses on our cross country trip and had recently lived in a holiday Inn Express fo 17 days waiting for the moving van to arrive. I'm unable to find the hotel's headquarters so I can discuss this situation with them. My hunch is they re-rented the room anyhow.”

• Excellent front desk staff, nice décor.
• No satellite TV.

“Very clean. Nice decor and room features, pretty modern-looking. Getting to the hotel is a little tricky based on its location, but only a minor incontinence? Does have both hob and Showtime, but would have been nice to have satellite TV (on command or lodge net). Overall a very good experience. Great hotel staff.”

• Very Clean.
• Very noisy.

“The hotel was right off the interstate so there was a lot of traffic noise. Also there was a lot of children running in the halls late at night. The A/C wasn't as cold as other hotels.”
