“It is a average hotel for the stars. Not posh but more than adequate. I would stay again and would recommend it. For a longer stay I would stay at the beach. Again, the breakfast is very nice. I was surprised and pleased.”

“Besides the rude employee there for mealtimes, the accomadations were great. Expecially for family's with young kids. All the extras like the microwave and refrigerator were perfect. Everything for the price was great. I would recommend this place everyone.”

“This hotel provided a comfortable bed for a one night's stay in Wilmington at a reasonable price. It is located on Market street, in a Business District, close to UNCW, convenient to major shopping plazas and a short drive into downtown Wilmington and to Wrightsville beach.”

“Friendly staff. Rooms too small, but clean. Just one or two blocks from the shady part of town so we did not feel that comfortable. Only recommend for a short stay. Not for families.”

“Conveniently located for our purposes. Friendly staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Terrific continental breakfast. The only negative was a dirty towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door that the cleaning staff missed.”

“Nice room, helpful staff. Wireless internet did not work. Front desk was helpful and supplied me with a wireless hub and attempted to assist me, but there was a definite problem and I was very disappointed since I had work I needed to complete online.”

“I don't stay in hotels often so I don't have much experience to compare it with. Overall, I thought it was a clean, convenient and friendly place to stay. I wouldn't have a problem staying there again for a short stay. For a vacation or a longer stay, I would probably choose something more comfortable.”

“The quality inn at Wilmington was amazing. It was absolutely perfect for the last minute beach trip I planned for my boyfriend and myself. The hotel was located a little further from downtown than I would have liked, but it was the perfect location for both the beach and the downtown area. Almost exactly in between the two. The room was very clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast buffet was substantial enough for three trips back, and snacks for later. The room was a little tight, but big where it mattered; the shower and the bed. I had a fabulous time and will definitely stay there when I visit Wilmington and Wrightsville beach again.”

“For our trip, the quality inn provided a mediocre experience. The room looked to be fairly new, and the lobby where breakfast was served was clean and new looking as well. The main problem we had was that we had requested a rollout in advance, and confirmed the day before. You would think that an appropriate room would have been available for our stay. That did not turn out to be the case since we had to move the bed around and re-arrange the room to be able to fit the rollaway in. This may not have been so bad, but on our second day, I noticed through an open window an unoccupied king room that was about 25% larger than the room we were staying in. That would have provided us enough room to actually walk around a bit while the bed was folded out. I doubt we will be staying in this hotel again with children just because it is a crap shoot whether you get a room you fit in.”

“We had problems with our reservation. Who caused the problem I do not know, however, I know that Quality Inn personnel was really helpful. They solved our problem, and provide us the opportunity to enjoy our time. I have stayed in many hotels all over the world, and I know the hotel business. Friendly reception, valuable attention from Quality Inn management etc. They know what service means. Quality Inn will be my first choice whenever I visit Wilmington, and I will recommend them to all my friends.”

“Staff was very friendly. Room was small but, so what, I was only there to sleep and needed place to store clothes. It certainly met my needs. The continental breakfast was very good with a big enough selection of goodies.”

“Presents nicely from Street. Could not check in before 3 pm and staff was not going out of their way to help you, although curious Room was clean but dated and the safety bar on the door was damaged. Open access hotel with no inside corridors. Parking in back was good. Property was clean and well maintained.”
