• The bedding was very nice.
• The bathroom was small and old.

“The hotel was smaller then expected and did not have an elevator. It was clean and in fairly good condition but did not include breakfast or any other benefits that some of the other 3 star hotels in the area provided.”

• Comfortable beds.

“Hotel was easily accessible from the highway - room was neat, bed was comfortable, staff friendly and very helpful. On site restaurant food was very good.”

• It is a smaller hotel, but very well keep and the staff was very friendly.
• No elevator.

“This is a great hotel for the business traveler it is easy on and off the parkway. As long as you are on the first floor it is easy to move in and out of the hotel. It is a non- smoking hotel but they have a nice bench area for us smokers. The Bonefish Grilled is in the hotel and the food is great.”

• Location near the mall made it possible to find shops, restaurants, etc. Also it is near major parkways and highways, but not too near .
• The fittness center could have had more equipment.

• Clean - reasonable value.
• Fitted sheet too small for oversized mattress. Noisy heating unit.

“Hetel was fine - good shower condiments, etc. I hated the sheets that often slipped off, leaving us sleeping on an uncovered mattress; not very sanitary. The heating system was noisy, coming on and off several times per hour.”

• Friendliness/efficiency of employees. Atmosphere. Easy access to shopping.
• Liked everything!

• Location near shops and restaurants, easy access to highway.
• The location is hidden from main road and parking lot was filled with water when raining.

“This hotel is situated right next to GSP entrance. However, it is in the back side of Route. 17. Tough to find. Room was clear but AC is old. You'll feel the cold draft blow directly at you when in bed.”

• Room was newly renovated and spotless.
• The exercise room was warm and there were no cups for water dispenser nor wipes for machines.

“The location was a bit difficult to locate, especially in the dark, even with a GPS unit! although we did not go there, Paramus Park Mall is right next door. We were thinking of going to cafe and although parking lot was pretty full, no patrons were there, so we went elsewhere to eat after checkout. We were pleasantly surprised with the nice size of the room, the comfort of the bed, the granite counter in the bathroom, with modern amenities. However, when we arrived, the room was stuffy since the AC had not been on. The hotel was very quiet and made it easy to sleep well!”

• My 15 years old loved being within a short walking distance of the mall!
• Did not have any weights in the Fitness room.

“This is probably the best hotel. With prices in this area so high, I did not expect to get a hotel of this quality. It made the long drive worth it! The staff was very friendly and the accommodations very comfortable. Great Restaurant in the hotel as well!”

• Internet did not work the first night.

“Very nice hotel, comfortable rooms, towels provided is of a 4 star hotel, and my only complaint is that the internet connection didnt work when I arrived and before my departure the next morning, it started working.”

“Not a bad hotel, but it is not to the standard of other Crowne Plaza locations. It seemed to be a basic hotel they slapped the Crowne Plaza name on and assumed the name would make it upscale. Decent hotel.”
