• Decent quality, clean and hospitable staff.
• Horrible access point, located right on merge point of two major highways.

“Had a pretty good experience. However comparing against other hotels in the area with the same ratings and price range. I think I'd recommend the Hampton Inn in Ridgefield Park.”

• Nice free breakfast. Quiet room. Friendly staff.
• No elevator.

“I stayed one night to attend a funeral, so I booked at the last minute. It was very comfortable. Great to get breakfast there for free, nice selection of foods. The rooms were quiet. I usually need earplugs, but not this time. Staff was friendly and helpful. I forgot my toothbrush and they gave me one and sample toothpaste for free at the desk when I checked in.”

• Excellent facilities.
• Gave poor directions for use of public transportation.

“Very pleased, good, clean facilities, reasonable price. Only complaint person at desk should have been able to give better directions for transportation into Manhattan.”

• Extremely clean and very nicely decorated. Very helpful staff!
• The entrance from the highway is a little tough/dangerous.

“We will be staying there again! I carefully reviewed the hotels in the area and the price of this hotel was amazing especially considering what a nice place it was. One of my best experiences at a hotel.”

• Rooms are comfortable and quiet.
• Toilet was difficult to flush.

“Overall I was very happy with this hotel. It is conveniently located across the street from the Garden State Mall where we could pick up a bus to NYC. The rooms were clean and quiet, contained a small fridge and DVD player and a clean bathroom. The toilet worked but flushed in a strange manner. Took getting used to. Good free breakfast every morning and a newspaper outside our door. I would definitely stay here again.”
