• The staff was extremely helpful with the exceptions of 2 employees.
• Did not like the gentlemen who was working the desk when I checked in at 12:30 am. He was not helpful. I had been in the car for 10 hours.

“The hotel was exceptionally clean with a helpful and courteous staff. The rooms were a very nice size and comfortable.”

• The lobby and restaurant were nice-looking.
• The dimension of the rooms, long, tall & narrow. Not cozy.

“Not crazy about location near Crab tree mall, lots of traffic getting off the highway. And the rooms felt sterile, and oddly tall, not cozy. The staff was good, and the lobby and public spaces were nice looking.”

• The location.
• Felt a little old and eerie. Bed in room bigger than furniture room felt large but space felt cramped.

“Nice look outside. Room felt large but furniture felt cramped and pushed to one side of room. The bed felt out of place with the rest of the room.”

• Not a thing.
