• Friendly staff and nice rooms.
• Couldn't get internet access in our room.

“The staff was friendly and helpful. Non smoking room really smelled fresh. (Some hotel non smoking rooms still have a smoke odor.) Breakfast was pretty good and had lots of choices.”

• Excellent location, everything was clean.
• Hotel shows a lot of wear and tear due to age, a renovation wouldn't hurt.

“A clean and nice hotel in the heart of Los Alamos. Shows some signs of "wear and tear", but is perfectly acceptable for a 2 star.”

• Healthy breakfast, buffet in AM, and very clean room.
• Bathroom. I somehow got a handicap bathroom.

“Clean and comfortable room. Very welcome after a long trip getting to my destination. The free breakfast buffet in the morning was great. Good health selection offered which I find important when traveling.”

• Friendly check in staff. Very clean appearance. Good breakfast.
• Bed pillows were flat. They need to be replaced.

“I would recommend this hotel to others. The front desk staff were great. There were fresh baked cookies available at check-in. The room was very comfortable and clean. Bed pillows should be replaced ASAP.”
