Easy access and comfortable.
Staff not real friendly.

“All in all a good stay, the hot tub wasn't as relaxing as expected, needs more ventilation.”

Friendly staff and nice rooms.
Couldn't get internet access in our room.

“The staff was friendly and helpful. Non smoking room really smelled fresh. (Some hotel non smoking rooms still have a smoke odor.) Breakfast was pretty good and had lots of choices.”

Excellent location, everything was clean.
Hotel shows a lot of wear and tear due to age, a renovation wouldn't hurt.

“A clean and nice hotel in the heart of Los Alamos. Shows some signs of "wear and tear", but is perfectly acceptable for a 2 star.”

Healthy breakfast, buffet in AM, and very clean room.
Bathroom. I somehow got a handicap bathroom.

“Clean and comfortable room. Very welcome after a long trip getting to my destination. The free breakfast buffet in the morning was great. Good health selection offered which I find important when traveling.”

Friendly check in staff. Very clean appearance. Good breakfast.
Bed pillows were flat. They need to be replaced.

“I would recommend this hotel to others. The front desk staff were great. There were fresh baked cookies available at check-in. The room was very comfortable and clean. Bed pillows should be replaced ASAP.”
