• We were given a new room after making a complaint.
• The 1st room smelled musty.

“The main building is an attractive old house and the lobby is very nice. The out buildings that house the "garden rooms" are not as nice. The original room we were given had a musty odor and my husband would not stay there. After we returned to the main desk to speak with someone, the owners daughter upgraded our room to the other side of the out-buildings, which was an improvement. (My husband still wasn't thrilled but we stayed anyway). Also, the room did not have a phone.”
