  • Location is great if going to Busch Stadium.
  • Do not stay in the South Tower.

“I would suggest staying in the North Tower. Refuse if they try and stick you in the South Tower.”

  • Location in the Downtown area.
  • Rooms did not feel up to star rating.

“I have stayed in this hotel through Priceline before and was not disappointed. Although the room seemed a little small, I think due to the round shape of the hotel, I felt like it was clean, up to date and a nice place to stay. The staff was friendly and it was located in an excellent area of downtown St. Louis, within walking distance of many attractions. On that trip I stayed in the North Tower (the taller of the two). This time I stayed in the South tower and I felt like I was in a completely different hotel. It was not clean, it was not up to date. There were food debris on the floor near the beds. The room decor looked like it had not been updated in 15 years. The blankets were not particularly soft and the bed was not comfortable. It seemed to me that staying in the North tower versus the South Tower is like staying in a Modern Business Class Hotel versus a roadside motel.”

  • Proximity to Edward Jones Dome.
  • We were on a non-smoking floor yet the room smelled like smoke, the walls were very thin & there were people slamming doors & yelling at all hours.

“If you are just looking for a place to sleep it's okay providing you don't mind the noise & smell of smoke - I won't be back.”

  • Swanky, friendly and
    good food.
  • Charged $10/day charge for internet and no wireless.

“We stayed in the North Tower and very nice room. Clean and neat. Interesting decor.”

  • Location excellent and easy walk to nearby sights
  • Nothing to complain about

“Hotel staff were courteous, professional & friendly. Dining accomadations were especially enjoyable in the revolving restaurant with terrific views of the ARCH and downtown St. Louis. Wished we could have stayed longer.”

  • Clean sheets and hot water.
  • No Internet free.

“I was stunned that there was a charge to use the Internet and could not believe it. Everywhere I stay the Hotel/Motel furnishes free Internet, very disappointed!”

  • Very nice location and everything about the hotel was good.
  • all was great.

“Everyone at the hotel went over and above to help us.”

  • great view of the arch and very close to the stadium.
  • They do not offer free Wi-Fi or pick up at airport

“At first the hotel was very impressive, but once we got to our room it was a different story. Our room looked to be in the older part of hotel, we could tell because of water spots on ceiling and musty smell in areas. It was a VERY small room, bathroom was very small and no counter tops. The outlet plugs in the room were so loose that nothing would stay in them unless you were holding it in the plug. The A/C was awesome, got very cold. Always had hot water in the shower. Housekeeping service was great, hotel staff was awesome. Only bad thing was VERY small room and outlet plugs.”

  • Location, right by the gateway arch-walking distance.
  • Muggy room, dirty, not worth the money.

“The hotel staff was helpful. The room was disgusting. It was smelly and muggy. In need of work. Not worth the $. Stay somewhere else.”

  • Circular building. Clean & presentable front lobby of North building.
  • Clerk couldn't be located for 4 am checkout then was very rude.

“Overall hotel seem nice, clean & liked circular design but the room was way too small & let down from first impression of the hotel.”

  • They lost my pillow and will not return a call to me.

“Was a very nice place to stay. Have had am issue with the security staff at the hotel. They seam to have lost my pillow that I left in their room and I have not been able to get them to call me back about this issue. I will like them to find my pillow or at least offer to replace it. I was a very expense pillow or I would not be worried about it.”

  • Within easy walking distance of Busch Stadium.
  • Be ready to pay extra for parking.

“The room was clean but old. It was worth the price if all you want to do is sleep there and walk to the ballpark.”

  • Employees were very friendly and helpful.
  • The layout is a bit confusing.

“This hotel was a great value for the price. Friendly employees, clean attractive rooms, excellent location.”

  • The valets and location.
  • Desk staff, room, cleanliness, hotel condition, hotel layout and general accessibility to the rooms.

“I would not recommend this hotel. It was dirty, the rooms and public areas wreaked of combination that smelled like cigarette smoke and stale alcohol. Rooms & lobby had broken and old furniture. When we asked desk staff for 2 additional blankets we were told the hotel only had the exact number of blankets as beds and none were available. After insisting that was ridiculous, they and asking 3 different staff members, we finally were told they had extra blankets and provided them to us with a very sassy congratulations on your blankets remark from the desk attendant.”

  • The tulips outside were in bloom.
  • Dirty, old decor, small tower isolated and felt unsafe, old beds.

“The hotel is dated and dirty. The pool looked awful and the tile grout in the bathroom was nasty. The small tower, which we stayed in, is isolated from the larger tower. As a single woman I would have felt unsafe there. No free WiFi. They want to charge $10 a day.”

  • The north tower was fantastic. The view is wonderful. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
  • The south tower was very poor. The rooms at least in the first floor looked like cheap motel rooms.

“The first room we were given was on the first floor of the south tower. The room smelled and looked like a cheap motel. It looked almost identical to a motel 6. I brought this to the attention of the staff and they moved us to a room on the twentieth floor of the north tower. The north tower was fantastic. The room was bright and beautiful and the view is fantastic. I would highly recommend staying in the north tower. I would also recommend that the hotel tear down or revamp the south tower.”

  • Very friendly and accommodating staff.
  • Forgot to give us towels for the next day after cleaning room. South tower is not renovated and not as nice as north tower.

“Very friendly staff. Rooms in North tower were great, recently renovated. We got a room in the south tower to try to be next to friends, but it was small and looked like something out of the 70's. The staff was very accommodating to move us to the north tower though. Hotel is close to the arch, walking distance. Also walking distance to many restaurants. Only a two mile cab ride to the budweiser brewery. Overall great location and experience at this hotel.”

  • I liked the fact that the hotel had 360 degree dining.
  • The room
    I had was deplorable.

“The room that
I had was not clean there was a roach that crawled from the bed, and the restroom had stains on the seat of the toilet.”

  • Dining was very expensive, pancakes were 12 dollars and a case of beer was 96 dollars.

“Other than the dining prices, it was great.”
