“The hotel was clean and nice, but the location is NOT. It was downtown and we did not feel safe leaving our car in the unsecured lot. I would not stay here again because of the location.”

“I stayed here on business. Hotel was dirty. Public bathrooms were filthy, hallways and elevators filthy. Both treadmills in exercise room were broken. Was referred to local YMCA. Other equipment was ancient. Ordered room service - it never came, and it was too late to re-order. What happened here, I don't know. Catered group dinner was cafeteria food awful.”

“The overall hotel was great. The problem I had was the coffee pot still had coffee in it from before we got there and also the microwave was dirty like it was not cleaned for a long time. It looked like it has been building up the dirt inside for a while.”

“When I got to the hotel they didn't have my room for me. This is the first time that's happened. After a lot of hassle they did get me a room and paid the price difference and I appreciate that.”

“This hotel is an outstanding value for anyone traveling. You will be surprised by the level of amenities. However, you'll also be shocked to find the Riverfront hotel not actually on the river and the area is not that great in terms of walking distance things to do and see. For a traveler though, you can't do any better. I recommend this hotel whole heartedly.”

“This hotel is in the downtown, rough section of town. Streets are under construction hard to navigate. Trains close to hotel travel through every hour and are very noisy. The restaurant, hooligans had very poor service for breakfast. The wireless internet was very slow. The business room downstairs only had one chair in it.”

“The hotel was not bad, and could have been excellent if there had been hot water for morning showers. However, even beyond that, my biggest frustration was not having no hot water, but instead the lack of communication from the staff when I inquired about the hot water. The staff acted as though it was "not a big deal". This made me wonder if this problem is common at this hotel.”
