• Within walking distance of most points of interest in Mackinaw City.
• The stairs to our room had an awkward door at the bottom.

“An excellent alternative to staying on the island. With the money you save, you can splurge on some luxuries to make the trip special.”

• The staff was friendly and helpful and it was conveniently located.
• The hotel claimed Bridgeview and this was completely misrepresented.

“This hotel misrepresented the "Bridgeview" claim, but it was overall clean and friendly, conveniently located, and a good stay for an overnight or business stays.”

• Easy to find. Close to the bridge.
• Small rooms.

“Very cheap for the Mackinaw City area. Smaller rooms, but the indoor pool made up for it.”

• Great central location to all attractions.
• Very small parking lot.

“The hotel was nice for it's class and price. Great location and staff. Nice indoor pool and clean rooms. Quick walk to Downtown attractions, and wasn't really in a noisy location, as many lower star hotels tend to be.”

• Comfortable & clean. Friendly staff.
• Curtains didn't go completely across the window, sheers didn't help much.

• Nothing.
• The stuffs are not friendly. Lousy and unlearned rooms.

“After checking in the receptionist gave me key, with which I could not open my room. Had to walk across the big yard to collect my correct key while checking out, I was asked for my credit card once more as it seems that they had a different credit card information in their system (though I have only one credit card). The receptionist swapped the credit card multiple times, saying that it will not be charged and thins was required only for closing the transaction. Back home I realized that my card got charged twice. I called back the hotel multiple times and explained the store to 1000 different persons. They confirmed that my card was charged twice but still seems to be reluctant to give my money back. They told me to call at 11:30 pm so that I can talk with the account manager. Still have not received my money. Never stay in this hotel.”

“It was an excellent hotel for a reasonable price. We have stayed at mackinaw city in the past with relatives and paid over $100 a night.”

• The location being close to what we wanted to see.
• Lack of seating for hotel guests for breakfast and parking is tight.

• The rates were good.
• The card to get in room did not work.

“It was convenient and the rates were good. We did not use the other facilities. The breakfast was tolerable and that's about it. It could have been better.”

“The motel was way overpriced, but the facilities were okay. Breakfast was basic. Pool was not well maintained, but was usable.”
