• Nicely decorated clean rooms; beautifully landscaped gardens; high quality experience.
• Nothing.

“This hotel is set in a beautiful setting and is in easy walking distance from the docks and town of Mackinac Island. The rooms are nicely decorated and very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. We had a nice stay and will stay there again.”

• Good Location - nice sized rooms - nice continental breakfast.
• No A/C in standard room - no disclaimer on web site to A/C - 3rd floor room no elevator.

“This hotel is in a great location on Macinaw Island with large rooms and in good condition. We checked into the hotel with two young children (9months & 5yrs) they placed us on the third floor with no elevator or AC. The hotel was not full and was disappointed with the lack of thoughtfulness and responsiveness to my concerns.”

• Quite lovely outside appearance.
• No tub, no coffee, too pricey, tacky decor.

“Lovely outside appearance, overpriced, our room had no tub or coffee machine (few amenities), tacky 'Victorian' furniture, uncomfortable mattress.”
