• The dog pooping area.
• Worried about the next door neighborhood. Safety of belongings.

“Better than we expected for the price. It's great that we could bring our dog here but for a hefty price of $25. Overall stay was great. We would stay here again.”

“I will definitely be returning whenever I have an early flight out again. And the hotel allowed us to leave our vehicle in their parking lot for the duration of our vacation...for free! Then, upon our return, they picked us up and brought us back to our car. They get an A+ for service and value. We didn't get to eat breakfast there, but it looked very good.”

• Small hotel.
• The location was horrible, I was worried about my car.

“The hotel was ok, nothing special. The tub was grimey. One thing that bothered me was during breakfast, the personnel was spraying cleaning chemicals in the kitchen. The smell leaked out into the breakfast area.”

• The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Wi-Fi was convenient as well.
• The room had a constant smell.

“The staff was very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was decent and there was hot coffee or tea available 24/7. There was also free Wi-Fi and the room seemed clean. However, the hotel was in poorer area and there was a constant smell in the room. In addition, the room was terribly decorated (loud pattern on the bed spread followed by a loud clashing carpet pattern). I wouldn't stay there again.”

• Good free breakfast.
• Hard bed and thread base sheets, rough towels, ugly furnishings.

“This hotel is on a poorly lit street and very difficult to find. The desk clerks were what looked like a brother and sister in very informal clothing that did not cover their ample bulk very well. They were both wearing jeans and the woman had a bare midriff. The overall impression was very unprofessional. The public areas and rooms were clean. The no smoking room was on a smoking floor. This defeated the purpose of a no smoking room. The beds were very hard, and the sheets were old and threadbare. The towels were very rough. The furnishings in the room were very ugly. The free breakfast was quite good, and the coffee was OK. The van was late, and the hotel manager was confused. If the beds were better and the linen newer I would recommend this hotel with qualifications.”

• Clearly one of the better accommodations near the airport.
• Did not find anything I did not like

“Excellent place to stay near the airport in Albuquerque. Much better than the Radisson Conference Center which is closer to downtown.”

• Nice Rooms, atmosphere and has a pool.
• Had a little plumbing trouble, that's all.

“I would recommend this Hotel to anyone. The stuff is nice & polite. The rooms are nicely cleaned. The lobby has a cozy look and the hotel premises are clean as well.”

• No cold water, bright shining light in our window at night

“Hotel was OK. No cold water in the morning for some bizarre reason. Also they put us in the room with a spotlight trained above our window to illuinate a sign. Airport area is not the best part of town so there was not a big choice of eateries”

• The location was good.
• The toilet kept on running and the shower leaked.

“The staff was nice but the hotel needs to put more attention on the quality of the rooms and make sure that all fixtures work.”

• Great staff, very clean and new, felt very safe.
• The bed was a little too firm for me.

“I will definitly stay at Country Inn and Suites again if in the area. I really liked the security gate around the property. The pool looked very clean and inviting, great continental breakfast and very friendly staff.”

• Did not provide "do-not-disturb" signs. Staff not knowledgable about the wireless internet.

• Staff called after I was in room to make sure everything was right - very well trained in service, friendliness
• How do you get hot water to come out of the shower? Maybe they should include directions

“I really appreciate hotels that have available things that travelers may forget available in the room or at the front desk. They had this posted in bathroom for some of the extras- razors, shampoo, toothpaste etc. Those small necessities that when you arrive in tired or late and then realize it.”
