• Great location for the Int'l. Ballon Fiesta which was why I visited.
• My room was nice, but it looked unfinished not a single picture hanging, decorative accents, etc.

“Overall it was very pleasant. Clean, comfortable, convenient and reasonably priced for a big event (Balloon Fiesta). Staff was also very nice.”

• Location, recently redecorated, good breakfast choices.
• Parking.

“This is a very nice small property located at the north end of Alb. very close to the balloon park. We chose it because of proximity to family. Clean, fresh, excellent beds.”

• The price and spacious room.
• The small restroom in the bedroom.

• It's helpful that the hot tub is open late!
• Tight squeeze getting around the bed near the heater.

“Very family friendly with the pool and hot tub. Extremely convenient and easy to find. Breakfast was wonderful--everyone in the family found something they liked.”

• Easy access to the swimming pool from my room.
• The pillow cases and towels were stained very badly. Should have been throwing away already.

• Reception clerk was very helpful.
• The extremely poor quality of restroom maintenance.

“Upon arriving, a visit to the ladies' room in the lobby revealed an unclean toilet. Upon flushing, the toilet stopped up and wouldn't flush. We reported it to the front desk and when we went to dinner we noticed an "out of order" sign had been placed on the door. Additionally, the toilet in the room revealed fecal matter under the rim-super gross and very unsanitary! The reception clerk said housekeeping was gone but she would clean it. She responded quickly and efficiently. There is no excuse for such! We would never recommend this hotel. Someone definitely needs to be doing some quality control when it comes to the restrooms in this facility.”
