“The was obviously a run down hotel that was poorly attempted to be upgraded. When I went to check in both customer service reps were on their cell phones and would not get off to assist me.”

“This would have been the perfect place to stay if the beds hadn't been so hard. Everything else was great. Just wish the waterside had been completed when we were there.”

“It was OK for the one night I stayed. There looked to be a lot of construction going on. The television did not work. The parking was difficult.”

“Older hotel, had ants in my bathroom, they had so many outside functions (weddings, etc) that consumed all of the parking for the residing guests.”

“Room
did not have a dead bolt on their balcony sliding door, only a latch. There was a hole exposed where I supposedly the lock was intended for. I was sub-consciously awake and did not get my rest. Due to the fact the location of the room was toward the back, which I felt was unsafe.”

“Disappointed with the hotel since it had the Radisson name. New name and new bed spreads, but an old hotel. When I saw my bid had been accepted and I knew it was a Radisson and it said sleep number beds, I got excited. No sleep number bed in our room. When we checked in,computers were down. We were staying for two nights, left the room at 8am and came back at 10pm, keys wouldn't work, got that fixed, entered the room and it was as we left it. Air conditioner sounded like a plane taking off and tub did not drain.”

“This hotel, although conveniently located, is not of my favorites. The first time we stayed, the hallways were dirty, and room service trays were out in the hall for more than 24 hours. This time, our room was missing anything that could be stolen, and the staff was very resistant to replacing items, including a telephone, a desk lamp, a trash can, and light bulbs.”

“We were thrilled to get this hotel. It is large and the amenities are good. I loved the workout facility. The room was inviting and quite comfortable. It's a little bit of a crowded area. Not great for walking. A few miles from where we wanted to be.”
