• Swimming pool.
• Service.

“We stayed two nights a week apart. The first night there was not enough help to open the restaurant or have room service. The second time the coffee pot in our room would not work and would blow all electricity. There was not any help to bring us a new pot or any coffee before we had to be on the road an hour later.”

• Maintenance kicked us out of pool area before pool time was over.

“Nice place to stay, housekeeping was efficient and restaurant had good food. Just no free breakfast with stay.”

• The bed was comfortable and the room was very business friendly.
• Disappointed that they did not have what I ordered for dinner available.

• Construction, rooms were sub par. Not 3 star hotel.

“By any measure this is not a three star hotel. I really expect the star ratings to be reasonably accurate.”

• The rooms were very nicely appointed and comfortable.
• Some of the public areas still need to be refreshed and area of town hotel is not so great.

“Overall, liked the hotel just not area of town. Driving around to back of building at night and going in back entrance after dinner alone a little scary because of hotel location.”

• The pool area is very nice relaxing.
• The spa was not hot enough, and the plants around it were very dusty.

“Nice location, less than half a mile from shopping places and freeway.”

• The pool area was indoor with a large spa. The staff was friendly and helpful.
• The hotel was under construction but will be nice when finished.

“The hotel is close to the freeway and many places to eat. The pool area is indoor with a large tropical feel. When the remodel is complete I would like to stay there again.”

• Construction noise on their water park started very early.

• It appeared to be clean.
• The layout of my room. The window faced an inside hall. No special amenities.

“While ok for quick overnight stays, it was not what I expected for a leisurely vacation. As mentioned, there were no special amenities, very basic.”

• The location was easy to get to, and there was an entrance from both directions.
• The quality of the room service food was very poor. Expensive, but low quality. It seemed like they didn't care.

“This hotel was good, but is undergoing construction on the convention part and the guests using the Convention Center were very loud due to the alternate route they took to exit the building. It will be really nice when they finish it.”

• Newly remodeled rooms with contemporary design.
• Major renovations occurring.

“It was a great central location, our room was nice, and you could see that it was formerly an upscale hotel that they are trying to return to its former glory. Construction of a water park is taking place on the premises. We didn't us e any of the facilities (restaurant, pool) during our stay.”

• The bed I slept well.
• Closed pool for a wedding.

“The bed was comfortable the room was very nice with great temperature control. The only thing that confuses me is that most hotels give a free breakfast with your stay and this more expensive motel does not.”

• The hotel was convenient to where we were going the next day.
• Very loud, felt unsafe, bar traffic in and out of the hallways.

“The hotel had karaoke night and there was a lot of traffic in and outside of the hotel. It was very loud at midnight and hard to get a good nights rest.”

• The common areas allowed too much unrestricted outside access.

“The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The common areas were not up to snuff. To be honest there was renovation/construction going on. Security at the hotel was in my view difficult to maintain because of the layout of the hotel entrance/exit doors.”
