“They did not have a concierge, the rooms were adequate but the plastic tub enclosures were mildew and not clean.”

“My son and I were in the area for a medical appointment. The location is the best thing I can mention, it could not have been easier for us to get around the area. The hotel itself is very dated and worn. A remodel is badly needed. The staff was not friendly at all and seemed imposed upon any time we asked for help.”

“We would not recommend or stay at this hotel again. It is very old and must have mold. We could not do anything but sleep at the hotel. We had to leave for the day to quit sneezing and relieve the congestion.”

“Room smelled like chlorine when you entered. I asked each morning to have the phone fixed as the headset cord was broken, they never fixed it. My Sprint cell phone only worked if I opened the window. My Sprint wireless broadband didn't work. No morning USA Today or other paper. The wireless internet was marginal at best. The hotel should either be demolished or downgraded to a 1-star hotel.”

“I was ultimately disappointed when I checked into a 3 star upscale hotel and was place in a room with no access to internet. Millennium Hotel made me feel very second class.”

“The lobby and lounge area of the hotel is nice, but the rooms were not near the same quality. AC unit making random noises all night long and everything is very old, though the rooms were large. I had some important calls to make and there was no phone reception in the rooms nor was there internet in the rooms which was very inconvenient.”

“My room was assigned to me and then reassigned to someone else. I found this out when people came barging into my room. The hotel staff told me I could not get internet on the 3rd floor. They did not know what they were talking about. When the staff waited on me they were not very polite and they spoke more to each other than the customer.”

“This hotel was very nice. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was luxurious. The pool area was very welcoming and I liked the paint scheme in the area. I would recommend this to everyone staying in the area.”

“This hotel is a used to be nice, used to be clean, used to be a 3 star. Now it is dirty, dingy and smelly. The staff is very friendly which helps make up for the dirty appearance. Otherwise other area hotels may be better. I stayed here twice on 2 different occasions, hoping the 1st stay was a fluke, but it was not. This is certainly only 2 star hotel.”

“The image you get from the front of the hotel is totally different from what the actual rooms are like. It seems that they have not renovated the rooms since the 70's and should do so.”

“The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only complaint I would have is the decor was outdated. The bathroom walls in the shower area were not as clean as they should have been.”
