• Wonderful woman in the breakfast room, Catherine I believe, went way beyond the call of duty.
• Mildew in the sink.

• Great location; very clean; friendly and helpful staff.
• Nothing but carbs for breakfast, need some protein.

“As a woman traveling alone, I felt very safe here. Enjoyed the nice comfortable chair and ottoman while I checked out the local magazine for sights to visit and restaurants to try. Felt like it was centrally located for all my needs. Would definitely recommend to others and stay there on my next visit to Philadelphia.”

• The location to downtown was excellent.
• The power went off for about 1:30 minutes on the 10 with no explanation.

“The hotel was in a wonderful location. I was there on business but was able to take in some the wonderful sights and attractions.”

• The rooms were clean and spacious.
• Even though I had paid for my room, there was no room available the first night, I was sent to another hotel.

“I liked the hotel. The rooms were large and clean. The staff was friendly. I was located near the train station so it was easy to get around Philly. They overbooked and I didn't get a room on the first night. I didn't understand that, since I had already paid for my room.”

• Good location and friendly staff.
• Had to get a smoking room in order to get two beds.

“Overall excellent hotel and friendly staff. The only downer was I stayed on a smoking floor in order to meet my desired accommodations, but it wasn't too bad. The staff was very friendly and nice at check in and let me check in a few hours early.”

• It was convenient to stay here. It was comfortable. It was clean. Checking in and out was fast.

“It was clean and comfortable. It was close to everything. It was near subway and buses if you chose to use them. The bathroom was small. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would come to this hotel again.”

• Excellent location, spaciouse rooms, and nice moorning breakfast bar. the staff were generally nice.
• No room service, some of the facilities were old.

“For the price it is an excellent pick the rooms were spaciouse and the staff were generally friendl but would not make you feel that they are going out of their way either.the moorning breakfast bar was excellent and free. The place was old but generally clean and it had all the basic things you need.”
