• $6 parking fee. parking should be free.

“Hotel was good for single night stay. Anymore, and you're better off somewhere else. Parking fee of $6 should be waived.”

• The room decor was very modern and unique. The beds were extremely comfortable.
• Our GPS had a hard time navigating us to the hotel's entrance correctly.

• Room was perfect, great shower, great breakfast, and
  great staff.

“I was pleasantly surprised at that value for the money spent. Priceline saved me a great deal of money on this trip. Hotel was really beautiful and clean. Staff was outstanding, room clean and near shower was great.”

• Very comfy bed.
• No fridge in room.

“The room decor was great and comfy. Checking in/out was easy. Quiet during the night. Wasn't there long - pretty much slept and left first thing in th morning. But very convenient for that - just off the interstate.”

• The shuttle came every 1/2 hour to take us to the airport, the staff was very friendly and the rooms were comfortable.

“The staff was very pleasant, we checked in late and did not have any problems. The man running the shuttle at 4:00 am was very nice.”

• Leaving.
• Room was dirty. Lots of hairs in the shower/tub. woke to bed bug bites all over my torso.

“Horrific. Hair in shower. Food was greasy and bland. I awoke to bug bites all over my torso from what I am told were bed bugs.”

• Hotel information provided wasn't very clear.

“The hotel recently had some renovations done, all to the good. It was cute, compact and perfectly suitable for the needs of a business or casual traveler. There was free internet and a free bottle of water in the room as well as validated parking. All in all, that made this hotel a good value, especially as it was also about 5 minutes from the airport. The only thing that would have made my stay better would have been a continental breakfast, or some fruit I could grab on my way out in the morning. Other than that, it was a great buy.”

• Bed was cozy, not a typical hotel hard mattress.
• Paying for parking.

“Hotel was very clean, friendly, helpful staff. I went down to the lobby to purchase a tooth brush. They said that they would have one delivered to my room. When I got back up stairs (Less then 10 minutes it was there).”

• Room was comfortably appointed; bathroom clean and comfortable.
• Elevators were not functioning on the evening of arrival nor on the morning of departure; no room service after 10 PM; $6 parking fee per day.

“Typical airport hotel: the staff performed indifferently and perfunctorily; physical plant with many rough edges, although the room itself was fine; it may have just been renovated.”

• Just the right size for my husband and I.
• My room was not clean on the second day.

“ The staff was very friendly and help for for the most part. I was upset that my room did not get clean on the second night. I did tell the person a the desk. She said she will send up more towels. They never came. Otherwise I am happy with my stay and I will love to stay at the hotel again. I just would not stay there if I had kids because the room was not kid friendly. We had two rooms and they would not give us the rooms next to each other. ”

• The people were friendly, the food was very good.
• The decor was too Spartan (European) for our taste, but clean.

“The overall look of the hotel was very airport quick turnaround type of place. It had utilitarian type of furniture and the room was small. The restaurant was empty because it was too expensive. However, the food was really good quality.”
