“Had a very nice stay. Hotel is now a Holiday Inn Select (Desk agent said for 3 years now). Staff was friendly and restaurant was great! Hotel was perfectly located for where we needed to go and easy access to expressways and rail station (Recommend railway for going into Boston - downtown parking expensive ($20-55). Hotels free shuttle took us to the train station (nice, quick ride). Close to Boston. Our room was spacious with other basic amenities. Did have a problem with coffee maker but housekeeping attendant came right up and reset a breaker for me (I could've done it myself). Would definitely recommend this hotel and will use it on my next visit in October.”

“Disappointing. I have three complaints about the hotel: It charges a dollar for every local phone call, it's breakfast food is terrible, and most importantly the internet service is treacherous. In order to use the hotel internet, you must waive all right to privacy and agree that the hotel may spy on your connection and use that data for any purpose whatsoever.”

“The location was great, right off the highway. The staff provided a crib immediately. The pool was clean and accessible. The room was clean. The hallways did smell like cigarette smoke, although our room did not. The coffee maker didn't work, but that wasn't a big deal. The lobby was gorgeous!”

“Easy to get to just off I-95. Desk staff was very nice, quick to help. Room was spacious, comfortable, quiet. The only drawbacks I noticed: although we were in a non-smoking room, the hallway was a bit smelly; and the heat/air was hard to get right had to turn it up, down, off, a few times. Italian restaurant in the building with a bar open late, also a lot of convention rooms, pool & fitness area, room service, movie theatre next door. We didn't use any of those, but we were perfectly happy with the hotel, would go there again any time.”

“I stay at Holiday Inn often, when I am away on business. This week alone, I stayed three times. I was disappointed in the condition of the room, but more so over being charged for the continental breakfast. The front desk clerk informed me their was a continental breakfast when they handed me my room key. She never informed me there would be a charge, and it was not posted anywhere. In the industry "continental" usually constitutes a free cold breakfast. Let me add, that the cold breakfast I ate, was as expensive as if I had ordered a hot meal from a menu. When the check was delivered and I complained, the waitress informed me she receives complaints all the time, but could do nothing about it. After two trips to the front desk, the hotel finally refunded the price of the breakfast. What a scam. How many never complain? I definitely won't bid this area again for future stays.”

“This hotel is conveniently located and is fine for very basic needs. I spend every other week staying in the north shore area and this is definitely NOT comparable to other facilities with 3 star ratings. The fitness center is not usable and the fridge that I was charged $5/day to have in my room did not have a temperature adjustment and ruined all my food. Basic accommodations, but not upscale in any way.”

“This hotel was old. The mattress was very old and you could feel the springs when you laid down. It is winter, and the heat was either on or off. So it ended up being 80 degrees, or 50. The front desk staff was not so friendly. On an up note, the hotel and room was very clean, and the housekeepers were quite friendly. Hotel just needs some updating, and friendlier front desk people.”

“The Holiday Inn Select in Woburn is a former Radisson property located right on route 95/128 North of Boston. It's a simple and comfortable chain hotel with helpful staff and basic clean rooms.”

“Overall, a very positive experience. Helpful staff, public area very attractive. Pool area very messy when I used it. However, the water temperature was perfect. I wanted to purchase pay for view movie at 10:30 pm, but discovered they were not available. Room service and food quality were excellent.”

“This hotel gave us a king room and had it ready 3 hours before check in time! The staff was very accommodating, and willing to do whatever it takes to make sure, we as the customer, were completely satisfied. This hotel treated us like it was a five star hotel.”

“Happy to recommend to any and all business travelers. The staff is really professional, organized, and seemingly ready for all circumstances. They handle both groups and single travelers with ease. Still - despite the restaurant - this does not have the comfort level of a 3-star hotel. It is hard to ignore the basic motel construction - even though the staff makes every effort at that class.”
