• Very little.
• Bed was hard, pillows hard, staff too busy talking on cell phones.

“It was very poor quality for a Holiday Inn. The staff was so busy talking on their cell phones it was inconvenient for them to wait on the customers. The bed & pillows were hard. The pool was small & ice cold. The soda machine that we selected Pepsi for popped out diet coke not once but 3x. The clerk who was so busy on her cell phone said there was nothing she could do about it. I will not stay at this particular hotel for future visits to Sycamore.”

• It had a good location.
• The Front desk clerk lied to my wife and the room needed repairs.

“The room had a plugged toilet. The door handle to the bathroom was broken and the swing arm door lock on the room entrance was broken. The air conditioner was noisy and could not keep the room cool. When my wife called the front desk she was lied to by the desk clerk concerning getting someone to unplug the toilet. I expected much better and I will never stay at this hotel again.”

• The hotel room was quiet and very clean, fulfilled my expectations of holiday inn. Its a hotel I am looking forward to stay in next time.
• Needs more parking spaces.

“The staff is very friendly at this hotel and the services provided are very good and up to the standards. A very quiet place to have a good time. Looking forward to stay in this hotel next time.”
