It was comfortable and appealing. The room was spacious and kitchenette was great.
The cabinets were a little beaten up in our room and there was some hair behind our bathroom door. Made us question how well it was cleaned.
“We had a comfortable stay. The room was clean and smelled fresh despite a few hairs left behind the door in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable and provided many pillows. The TV was a little too high tech for us and should come with directions. The front desk clerk was nice. We would love to stay again.

Every staff member I encountered was eager and happy to provide service.
They do allow pets, sometimes it smells bad! Also the a/c was a bit loud in the room.
“I stayed feb.'07. Staff was top-notch! Polite, helpful, eager to assist. Complimentary coffee available 24/7! They do allow pets, so you might see a dog zipping around the lobby. Breakfast buffet was plentiful; the woman working it was a gem! Free DSL in room, wireless available in lobby area. In February 2007, this hotel was at a dead-end near a car dealership and meijer's. Looks like there is expansion of the area.”
