• The hotel location was accessible to us. The beds were clean and comfortable.
• The bathroom was not as clean as I would have wanted it to be but overall okay.

• Convenient to Interstate Hwy. 540.
• I had to go down 5 flights of stairs due to elevator locked.

“I was pleased with the room, cleanliness, decor, etc. A newspaper was delivered to me every a.m. Breakfast was a nice variety of food items. The hotel is under renovation but that wasn't really a problem. I had access to my email through the business office. The only negative was that delivery people locked the elevator so they could bring in mattresses at a very inopportune time and I had to go down 5 flights of stairs. I've had 3 knee surgeries so I was not happy about that.”
