“The Hotel was grossly understaffed. When we checked in at 3pm we found that the bathroom had one towel. The front desk asked me to come to the lobby to pick up the proper amount as there was nobody to cover the desk. The king-sized bed had under-sized sheets. The Zenith remote control did not work the RCA TV and the shower head leaked like a sieve. The rooms and lobby were clean and the staff was very friendly.”
