  • Two bedrooms so family can be in one "unit".
  • Its simply an apartment complex at resort prices, not a good value.

“Not a good value. Resort prices for an apartment, but its simply an apartment that is located in Palm Desert. We liked the two separate bedrooms and closet space was very good. But again its an apartment complex with no resort feel to it. 95% of people are renters. If you do not want people around you and just need an apartment this works fine. If you want any activities or amenities of a resort, this is not the way to go.”
