• The hotel is an older but maintained very well. It is clean, fairly, spacious and the décor is quite nice considering it is older.
• No elevator. Trains run every 10 minutes till past 2 a.m. No sleep..

“The hotel should be labeled as a motel. It is slightly off from the airport in a desolate & dark area. The street it is on has no easy access to eat or shop. If you go too far down the street to the west, you are in a low income area catering to apparently an older run down Hispanic community. It is a little seedy. It is closer to the airport to any of the other popular motels and hotels. It is because the motel sits adjacent to the train tracks running parallel to the street that it resides. The rooms are decent enough and quite adequate. But, unless you bring ear plugs or are a really sound sleeper, be prepared for the loud blowing and tooting of a train or two several times on a drive by rate at a constant schedule of having one or more trainings blasting and roaring by every ten minutes or less. This continum of train traffic and blasting in one's ear continues all through the night. Finally around 5 a.m. in the morning the train traffic slows down to an every 15 minute drive-by. I noticed that the longest time in between trains was once 20 minutes. I could count cause I couldn't sleep one wink. It is a Mom & Pop operation with somebodies elementary age children behind the checkin desk, probably learning the business? They are quite cordial and I feel badly that I cannot be more supportive and positive facility. The motel is two story, no elevator, and the breakfast menu offered is dry cereal, juice and coffee. Unfortunately there would be no room in the buildings to escape train noise. I recommend ear plugs and then you'd be fine.”
