“When we arrived in Ontario, we could not even find the inn at first. After driving around, we did not see any signs that said Country Inn & Suites, but the GPS said we had arrived. We had to go to a nearby gas station and ask for directions. It turns out, it had been changed to Motel 6 a week earlier. The strange thing is that when we called a week earlier to confirm our reservation, no one told us that it would be changed to Motel 6. What a piece of junk place to stay in! Luckily we were only there for 1 night. Stay away!”

“We've stayed at this hotel several times on a different wing. This area seemed to be in need of repairs and refurbishing. The breakfast bar was sparse. When we arrived it was Country Inn and Suites when we left it was Motel 6.”

“The hotel is close to the freeway and was easy to get to the attractions I wanted to go to. The breakfast was nice and the eating area was clean and the food was plentiful. It is a free breakfast so it is not gourmet but adequate.”

“This is a nice, clean hotel. It consists of a number of buildings around a central pool area. Rooms open to covered walkways, there are no indoor hallways, so it can be rather warm getting to your car in the summer. I had a suite, with a small living room with a love seat, desk, television, microwave, and refrigerator, in addition to the standard bedroom and bathroom. The room was air conditioned, clean, and quiet despite being directly opposite to the elevator. The staff was courteous and helpful. The breakfast buffet was fine, and very convenient. As I was in the area to attend a meeting nearby, I didn't spend a lot of time in the hotel. It served its purpose (a place to sleep and get ready for the next day) perfectly.”

“Pleasantly nice rooms at moderate pricing about as close to the Ontario airport as you can get. Customer service exceeds the star level.”

“Country Inn Suites by Carlson was located close to the Ontario Airport. The lobby was warm and welcoming with fresh apples and cookies in the lobby. The staff was kind and helpful; however, special requests often take time as there was generally only one or two people working at the front desk. Some of the breakfast items were not of the highest quality, however, there were plenty of choices.”

“If you are staying for one night this might be okay. Any longer nights and this is not the hotel to stay at. The rooms are small, and the internet WiFi is slower than anything. If it could be compared to a snail racing a rabbit, the snail would win. The experience I had was awful. Would never stay at this hotel again.”

“This hotel was very quiet at day/night time. Great tree shades on the poolside and walking distance to restaurants.”

“I think this motel would be ok for families traveling on a budget. The beds are just ok as far as comfort goes, the decor is pretty hideous and the air conditioning is aimed at the floor where it does nothing, but keep that small area of floor cold. I would definitely not call it upscale in any way, form or fashion. It seemed like a cheap motel to me.”
