• Rooms were not clean.

“The room had a very bad odor in the curtains when we entered and we had to sleep with this smell all night.”

• It was awful.
• Smelly, dirty, all rooms the same dirtiness level.

“It was in an unsafe location-the neighborhood was undesirable. The rooms had screens half on looking like they had been broken into. Open the door and smells of cigarettes having been smoked for long periods. All fixtures dirty, wall switches dirty, lights burned out, wouldn't sit on the couch, cigarette holes in linens, awful! Never again will I trust.”
