• Staffing.

“Was remodeling very strong paint smell in hall & elevator. Had a moldy musty smell thru out room, even water that came out of sink smelled moldy? Shower would become hot even when water was on cold. The check in time we had from you was 2:00 pm. they had a check in time of 3:00 pm. The bed skirt had very bad stains on them.”

“The hotel was just a basic hotel. There was no ice machine or vending machines on the 2nd or third floor just the main level which was a big in convenience.”

• Their staff was friendly and complimentary breakfast was good.
• The room is stark white, lampshade wobbly, room very small for 2 Q's.

“I'm glad you sent me this survey because this hotel is probably the worst one I've stayed at in the last several years. The room is extremely small, closet is too small. Something was wrong with the toilet, so in wiping your hand got wet, something I've never experienced.”
