“Nice town. Nice location. Poor service at this hotel. We had reserved a non-smoking room, but were given a room in smoking.
We got a can of Fabreze and opened the window. It wasn't as horrible as we expected, but could have been much nicer. The breakfast was great.”

“Good for a few nights, comfortable, quality shampoos, etc. Breakfast was lacking in food and attention. Computer available in lobby. Friendly and good recommendations for shopping and dinner.”

“If you want a very nice, clean, basic hotel room with a continental breakfast, pool, and great location in Glenwood Springs, this is a great place. The rooms are on the small side, so don't plan on packing several extra kids in, but it is really quite nice. We stayed here about 10 years ago and it has been very nicely updated. Much more classy than other hotel updates in this star level.”

“I am still waiting for my refund, as I was double charged. The hotel staff left a lot to be desired, they were very unprofessional.”

“This hotel had the best overall package for the convenience traveler among the 1, 2, & 3 star hotel we stayed in during our driving vacation. The fridge great for beverages. Bed, linens, bathroom supplies not quite Marriott, but better than most. Breakfast included flavored coffee and creamers, waffles, and hard boiled eggs in addition to the traditional. pastries, toast, and fruit. Free Internet the frosting on the cake.”
