• The front desk staff was very friendly so it made our stay pleasant.
• The beds were too hard.

• Low keyed, pleasant front office, amenities that covered my needs. Clean and the buffet was very convenient for all types of travelers.
• I was not disappointed with anything while there.

• The kitchen and amenities were fantastic.
• Had to request and pick up bedding for pullout not in room already. No pool.

“The hotel is conveniently located close to the Interstate. Very clean with a very hospitable staff. The suite was very well equipped with everything from bowls and pans to silverware and utensils. Grocery store right in front which allows for staying in and cooking. Great place to stay.”

• Kitchenette was great for snacks and light meal preparation.
• Telephones were malfunctioning and flashing lights on phone base would not shut off (entire hotel).

• The free buffet breakfast each morning was fantastic.
• Original desk clerk got room number wrong.

“This hotel is very convenient to the airport (12 miles ish of mostly freeway) and about 10 minutes from downtown. Nice area, right next to the creek. Very clean and friendly, definitely would stay there again.”

• Location was convenient to the city yet quiet and in a safe area.
• Slamming doors in the hall (mainly around check in time) were annoying.

“I stayed for two nights during the week. This hotel is clean, well maintained and attractive. It's right next to target and convenient to cherry creek shopping and a number of restaurants and major thoroughfares. The bed/pillows were comfortable not too firm, not too soft; blackout curtains on the windows were nice; bed linens were of better quality than most hotels in this price range, in my experience. Great water pressure in shower, plenty of parking. Complimentary breakfast also exceeded my expectations. There was a good selection. My only complaint would be the noise from slamming doors in the hall, but this really only occurred around check in time. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay there again.”

• Clean, comfortable, efficient, everything we could possibly want.
• Sour milk at breakfast. Staff did take care of "bad milk."

“We were there with another couple to golf and relax and all four of us couldn't have been more pleased with the hotel. It was truly one of the best hotel stays we have ever had. Nice touches like free movies from the library and popcorn in the rooms. It really did feel like the extra mile of service, consideration and friendly atmosphere.”

• We had 3 people in our room and my son had to sleep on the couch.

• Long term dirt under the bed.

“The hotel is a 10 minute drive from downtown. Shuttle service is available during most of the day (allow 30-45 minutes). Friendly atmosphere, kitchen in the room, and buffet breakfast is included in the price. Complementary light supper Tuesday. I have enjoyed my stay in the hotel, and felt that I got my money's worth.”
