• The staff was very nice and extreamly helpful. They had given us a king room instead of two doubles by mistake, and corrected it without any problems
• The location is great if you are needing theairport, however these is nothing at all around it other then the airports

“Very clean and modern. Wonderful staff. The rooms are quiet and large. We all enjoyed our stay. Comfortable beds. Nothing around the hotel, interstates, and airport. Would not recommend if staying for a "family" vacation because there is nothing within walking distance and there is so much traffic being right off the major interstates.”

• No dresser for clothes-small bathroom.

“It was a very nice hotel, except for the fact they cater to the short term business traveler or airline employee. There were no dressers with drawers, just a shelf on the TV stand to put your clothes etc. When I asked at the front desk they said it is because the average stay for a person is one maybe two nights, and they live out of a suitcase. Small bathroom, no room to put toiletries on sink or counter area. My camera was taken in the indoor pool area, and I was not happy with employees when I questioned if it had been turned in, and we suspect it was an employee that took it, because pool closed less than an hour after we left it, and I had camera behind towels, so it would have to be maintenance or housekeeping cleaning up the towels from pool area, I posted a reward sign on pool door, but hotel took it down on the same day, I just wanted my memory card, with everything on it from Christmas to present, with pictures meeting my grandchild for first time, asked to turn it in at front desk, front desk acted like it was a bother for them to check the drawers to see if anything was turned in.”

• Nothing.

“Just a quick shuttle ride from O'Hare to the hotel was what we were looking for as we arrived in the pm & departed at 4:30 the following am. Very comfortable bed. Free appetizers were fine at happy hour too!”

• Free parking.
• Outdated, close to interstate, windows are locked, air condition is dirty, noisy parties.

“Don't go here. There are nicer hotels in the O’Hare area.”

• Room was nicely appointed, comfy and
  very nice.
• The parking was very limited, I did not feel safe at night.

“This was a very nice hotel. I would stay here again. It is very difficult to find though with all the construction in Chicago. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful, clean, comfortable room at a great price.”

• Very spacious, nice furniture, great ammenities (store, gym, internet, dining etc.)
• Lobby smelled old and stuffy.

• Their room I was provided is not spacious.

“Staff is pretty friendly, location is good. Only problem is room is somewhat not spacious and there is no privacy as there is a door between one room and my neighboring room and I was able to hear them during my stay. I do believe it will be the same inconvenience for them too.”

“This hotel was dirty and it smelled. This is not even close to a 3 1/2 star hotel. When I choose a hotel based on the rating I expect it be somewhat close. I find this to be equivalent to a Super 8! I don't recommend staying here unless you want to pay high rates for what should be an economy hotel.”

  man on evenings helped me with directions, he was very nice.
• Not as classy as I expected. Internet was slow. It was a big deal for the morning front desk staff to let me to check out 1 hour late.

“This was not what I expected for a 3 star hotel. I don't travel a whole lot, but I have stayed in much nicer hotels that were considered 3-star. Everything seemed clean, its just that this hotel was nothing special. I am from Chicago area originally and this hotel just seemed to be quite far from the airport (although they have a shuttle) and there were no other restaurants/businesses near it. (You would be obligated to eat your meals here even if you were driving as I was.)”

• Large and uncrowded; high-speed internet access.
• Not really close to downtown Chicago. Parking was a drag.

“Large and spacious, this hotel boasts many amenities, including an indoor swimming pool and large conference rooms. The parking, however, leaves much to be desired, and is poorly lit at night.”
