• The full hot breakfast was free. It included waffles!
• The place looks like an apartment complex and the main entrance was hard to find when we first arrived. We thought we must be at the wrong place.

“Stay bridge Suites the place to stay if you are going to visit Schaumburg, IL. We had two bedrooms each with their own bath and TV plus the living room and full kitchen with a TV and DVD player. The beds were very comfortable, the bedrooms were large, the closets were huge and the towels were soft, not the usual "sand paper" towels you find at most hotels. The staff was pleasant, polite, knowledgeable and truly cared about making their guests feel at home. We had a 16 month old child with us who took her nap around 11:30. Checkout time was noon. We called the desk and asked if we could have a late checkout and expected to pay extra for it. They allowed us to stay until 2 pm without any extra charge. We had a great stay and we will be staying at Stay bridge Suites again, that you can be sure of.”

• No indoor pool.

“The hotel room was very large and spacious. The room was very clean and included a refrigerator and microwave. I would definitely recommend this hotel for extended stays and for people traveling in a group.”

• Failure of management to correct problems or return calls.

“Stayed here twice in the last 30 days. First time the TV in the bedroom didn't work. Manager contacted, didn't return calls, finally had to catch him when he wasn't in a meeting, unable to fix problem and unable to make any effort with regard to this. Second time, trash wasn't taken out, folding bed was not made, no kitchen towels were left, short of bath towels, swimming pool towels were workout room towels - didn't even cover my 7 year old, exercise area a joke, maintenance couldn't get the toilet unclogged. Note left for management - no response. Pot holes in parking lot the size of my car. Spiders in the room. Yuck. Never again!”
