• Decent room.
• Manager and staff.

“My wife and I just stayed there for a wedding. It was not a good experience. The hotel itself is ok, but the people working there do not know the meaning of customer appreciation.”

• Cute, cheap, somewhat clean
• The manager, the employees, their customer service all need help

“We just stayed there for a wedding. The guests were given a rate but then charged more. When we talked to the manager, he stated that we were told about the rate. However, when we checked in with the employees and told them we were with the wedding party, we were guaranteed the wedding block price. We ended up having to pay the higher rate because the manager didn't care what his employees were telling people. With so many hotels that are a lot nicer in Schaumburg IL, we were surprised that the manager wasn't more friendly or willing to help the customers out.”
