• Cost efficient, clean, quite, plenty of parking easy access.
• Did not get a final statement upon leaving. They said it would be mailed.

“When all you want in a room is a good bed, peace and quite and much needed sleep this is the place in Benton.”

• The service and staff were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the staff.
• The room could have been cleaner. Sink was stained and room had odors.

“The basic room was ok as a one star. It needed to be deodorized and house-keeping could have been better. The sink had rust stains that looked bad. Food was good in the dinner, coffee needed work.”

• I thought I was booked at $49 and they booked me at $79 in a larger room without telling me there was an up charge.

• Room condition better than initial hotel exterior appearance.
• Did not clean room after first night of 2-day stay.

“Desk staff very polite and courteous; appeared generally understaffed. Selected this property only as a last resort; all other area properties were booked.”
