• Pool was closed at 10:00 p.m.

• Beds are great with lots of soft pillows full comfy.
• I would like the pool area to be a little bit more decorated to created a more happy environment.

“It has a nice dinning area also a nice bar. The location is great. People at the front desk made me feel good, they were very helpful when I wanted to rent a car. The bedrooms are great love the bed, pretty comfortable, lots of soft pillows. Sure I am happy and would highly recommend this hotel to anybody.”

• It was clean and parking was free.
• No one was around to wait on us in the restaurant we left.

“Clean, over all a good business trip stop, front desk very friendly and helpful. Wanted to grab a bite on site after a long trip- but there was no one to take our order, we suspect they were delivering room service, but it was a long time, we had go somewhere else. They need more staff in that area.”

• Hotel was older and not in tip-top shape. Carpets in need of replacing.
• Noise from street was really loud.

• Outstanding mattress and bedding. Excellent location for University Arizona.
• Public areas beginning to look run down.

“The beds in this Four Points hotel provided us the best night's sleep of our entire three-week trip. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well laid out, but the hallways were somewhat smelly and in need of refurbishing. The lobby area could also use an upgrade. ”

• They let me check in at 9:00 a.m. instead of having to wait until 3 pm.
• The corridors are a bit dingy, but the rooms are fine.

“Great hotel for the price. Friendly and efficient staff. Free Internet and right next to the University. I would highly recommend it for anyone doing business at the University of Arizona.”

• Staff was helpful and very friendly.
• Room was not clean, hallways were extremely dirty.

“The staff was very mostly friendly and helpful which made up for the unclean state of the premises. The general condition of the hotel appeared to be very worn. The hallways had many spills on the carpet, was too dark and appeared very dirty. My room had bottles of water that were open and contents were half gone.”

• The restroom.
• Nothing really. No heater it was freezing, staff was rude.

“Very poor service. We asked for a heater and they said they were out we tried the next day they didn't have any. We asked to relocate . all of a sudden they had a heater, the carpet was stained etc.”

• Great location and value for the price.
• Older hotel with poor air conditioning system.

“This hotel is an older hotel that is located near the University of Arizona. If attending events at the University, it is a great location. The room was clean and neat and at first glance seemed a great value for the money. However, the air conditioning system in the hotel is old and in poor condition, even for December. It made me wonder about those hot Arizona summers.”

• Free parking, including underground. Very clean rooms.
• The blank hallway walls, but do understand why.

“Excellent. Good location, terrific staff, beautiful rooms. Hallways are a little dingy but the rooms were fantastic. Good amenities with workout room, pool, underground parking.”

“Close to the University, Sonoran Desert Museum. Poor restaurant facility. Awkward parking. Repellant lobby. Odd decor and color scheme. Shabby, yet clean, relatively quiet, and in good repair. Worth the money because of the location and cost, but most suitable to those not spending a lot of time in the hotel.”
